How to keep mind calm

How to keep mind calm :—


  • Are you getting worried in every small matters  ?     
  •  Are you being angry  with your surroundings ?

  • Is stress not giving up on you ?


If you want to stay calm and to deal with your problems smoothly then you must follow these followings in your routine.


    1.  Morning  meditation
    
    2.  Read positive books

    3.  Listen songs

    4.  Spend your time with - 
          Nature

    5.  Keep your personal - 
          Diary

   Stress becomes a wall between you and the way of success. So, it is being necessary to come out from stress. You can't think any creative ideas when your mind have a lot of burden. So, there is need to be calm your mind to achieve your goals. 


 1.  Morning meditation :—

                       Morning meditation brings   freshness in your whole day.  If you start your day with meditation , it gives you a fresh, healthy day and you get relief from your anxiety. There is such things that you must notice, those are following :

    
  • Wear smooth and comfortable clothes       
  •   Choose that place where no one can disturb you.    
  •    Start meditation with slow and long     breathes.


  You can meditate with speaking mantra. This is called mantra meditation.


     You can also complete your meditation with staring your fingers. This is called finger staring meditation.

   Meditation gives relaxation to your mind and you can be definitely focused on your job. Take 10 - 15 minutes from your morning to keep your mind calm.


 2.  Read positive books : –

                     Positive books gives you a positive energy that keeps away negative thoughts from you. It is being really helpful for you to keep calm your mind. I suggest you the name of such books  that you can read :  

        - consolation of the forest

         - A thousand mornings

         - Goodbye, things

         - Happier at home

         - Deep listening

         - Be calm

         - Let's pretend this never  
              happened

         - Hope in the dark



 3. Listen songs :–

                      Music is that miracle which can change your mood, your life. Music takes you in that World where no entrance of tension. You will forget your mental pain for a while. It is  proven by many psychologist 
that listening songs helps you to maintain your mentally health good.



 4.  Spend your time with  -
         nature :–

                     It is one of the best thing to do to keep your mind calm. Chirping of birds, natural air , plants, mountains and specially the view of morning can fresh you mentally and physically both.

                      Not only to see the nature but also you can do that is planting which is good for your mind and earth also. Growing plants   is that kind of activity which is really being helpful to keep you busy. It helps to stop stress to go to the door of your mind.



 5.  Keep your personal diary           :–
         
                       Personal diary is being your that friend to whom you can share all that things which happened with you. It helps to come out your stress and frustration through your personal diary by writing. You can write your feelings, goals to get success.
