         Happiness is the bestest medicine for maintaining mental health. If you struggle with smile, your future will be bright. Now, let me ask a question that what will you get to be a sad person ?  I know that you will get nothing. We have many problems in our life but we have to fight and win. It will become easier to fight with happiness. So I'm writing here 7 ways to be happy with yourself.

         Before you guys start to read this article I wanna tell you that I'm giving bonus tips to be happy.

 
 1. Feel happy by doing social working :—

                       Feeling of helping someone is mind-blowing. When you help someone else, it has different feeling. You feel happy when there is need of yours. You know what, when a single person appreciate us, we feel like we are flying in the sky. If you will do good work so, god gives return to you. By doing social working you can give happiness to them and that'll return to you.


 2. By making yourself beautiful :—

                        This tip gives you one more benefit. You can try different make-up looks and take selfies. It gives you happiness and also you can grow yourself as a make-up artist. May be you can earn money from this. You should try out this tip. I tell you about this because this is my personal experience that when I do make-up I feel happy by watching my face in different looks.


 3. Meditation, early in the morning :—

                           According to psychiatric, meditation is the best way to be a happier person. It gives you mental peace and in short I can say that meditation keep you away from any mental diseases and you feel fresh. I only want to say that if your morning will spend with freshness and happiness,
then you know very well about how will your whole day goes.


 4. Go outside and change your mood :—

                           Because of burden of work, we feel loose. So, I recommend you to go outside and fresh up your mind.
         
                         Take bike or cycle riding and change your mood by doing other activities at outside. You can also take chill with your buddies.


 5. Try to do something new like., DIY, painting, etc... :—

                          When we are not in our mood,we should try something creative which can be DIY or painting. By doing such DIY like, CD's DIY or some decorative things for home. It helps you to go out from your bad mood and you also feel happy by made decorative pieces for home. May be it will be your passion and you can earn money from this. It's interesting to getting both happiness and earn money from your passion. 


 6. Spend your time with nature and listen music :—

                       It has fun to listen music with nature. Ohh ! that cool wind and the sound of birds, it has different feeling. Automatically smile will come to your face when wind touch your face and you're taking sip of tea or coffee. You guys should try out this b'coz it gives relief to your mind and body.


 7. Read books and write about what you've learn and understand from particular book :—

                             Sometimes we think more about wastage thing or worthless person and convert our mind into scrap which is totally waste of time. You will not only be a happier person but also a focused person by reading books. Sometimes more knowledge gives us happiness. So, I suggest you to read books and also write summary of it that  what that particular book is about and which thing you learn from it.


      Now it's time to get bonus tips.

                             I know that you are thinking about “ what.... How can I feel happy by doing whatever. ”

 –––»        Oky, let's come to the point. If you're feeling bad and want to be happy then take your phone and handsfree, play music and just dance like a crazy man, also sing loudly.


–––».        Go outside where no one knows you and just throw rocks. This tip will help you to express your anger and after doing this you feel fresh mentally and feel better.


 –––».        Listen comedy shows on television or Android and you know what'll happened with your mouth amd stomach.... Hehehe...
